Local pickup- you may choose to pickup your order at 509 State St Bristol VA 24201. You may pickup as soon as you receive a ‘shipping/fulfillment’ email.
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within one hour. Any longer than that will automatically result in receiving a store credit and not a refund.

Online Purchases :
Returns may be made in store or may be shipped back to store. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless customer receives an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we would cover the shipping cost back to us. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit that will be applied to the account that was used for the original order. Online store credit may be used towards any future online purchase and does not expire. Returns must be postmarked by 14 days of the delivery date if item was shipped. Items may be returned for store credit for Local Pickup customers if they pick up and return within 14 days of fulfillment. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process your return for store credit. Exchanges are only offered if an item is returned in store and exchanged for exact same item in a different size.
In Store Purchases :
Items purchased in store may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Original receipt and tags are required for all returns. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit that must be used in store. Exchanges are also offered for any other items in store at time of return.
Final Sale :
All sales on earrings and sale/clearance items are final. All mystery bags are also final sale. Any items in mystery bags may not be returned or exchanged.
