Everlee Addison Boutique cannot be held liable for any issues with shipping or delays after the package has left our facility.
Please INSPECT all items as soon as you receive them and let us know within 3 days of receipt of item if there are ANY defects or issues with the order. Anything beyond that will result in a forfeit of return outside of our 14 day return window.
Are you eligible for a return?
Item must be:
- no animal hair
- no smells of smoke
- Holiday Specific Items are Final Sale
- not final sale/doorbuster/sale items/discounted items. - ALL under garments are final sale, (bralettes, swim suits, etc.)
-We cannot cancel orders after they have already been placed.
- If you pre-authorize a purchase through commentsold, we CANNOT cancel or change the order once it has been processed. We order and restock the waitlist based on who authorizes the charge ahead of time and if we ordered the item for you, then we cannot cancel them.
A customer will be limited to THREE returns per month, (three items.) There is an EAB BST page that you can probably very easily sell your items on.
Online Purchases :
Returns may be shipped back to store. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless customer receives an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we would cover the shipping cost back to us. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit that will be applied to the account that was used for the original order. Online store credit may be used towards any future online purchase and does not expire. Returns must be postmarked by 14 days of the delivery date if item was shipped. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process your return for store credit.
Final Sale :
All sales on earrings, preorder items and sale/clearance items are final. All mystery bags are also final sale. Any items in mystery bags may not be returned or exchanged.
